PiBX IP Telephone System Keypad Operations

  • OTR is One Touch Record it will record from the point you request it to the end of the call.
  • OTRR is One Touch Retrospective Record. It will record the whole call wherever you action it. OTRR is a chargeable add-on as part of PiBX’s advanced call-recording package. It works by recording everything and then throwing it away if record wasn’t pressed.
